The Leadership System
The Leadership System, is a specially designed, technology-assisted learning & application system that supports and accelerates leaders’ performance in the workplace. The cloud based Leadership Management System (LMS) is the backbone of the Leadership System. Together they ensure a high level of learning transfer to the workplace.

Having trained 1000s of trainers, and based on 20 years of research, we have designed a unique TTT program based on Lynda’s book “Winning Hearts, Touching Minds”. The Heart Mind Way TM Train the Trainer program is an easy 7 Step roadmap for successfully designing and delivering training programs. Based on neuro-learning, the Heart Mind Way TM brings together logic and structure with storytelling and ‘emotional connect’, to navigate the complex human experience of learning
