Lynda Ongel Lepcha - Senior Management Lynda is from Darjeeling West Bengal. She is the Director of Holistic Training Solutions based in New Delhi. She along with her Partner Ian Stern, founded and managed this company since 1994 to build it into a high quality training organization. Lynda is a post-graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1988); specializing in Personnel Management and Human Resources (HR). Her career started in sales for Pharmacia United, and then she joined Citibank and worked in Operations, Customer Service and finally in training. During the last 13 years she has been a Consultant and Organization Development specialist, helping start up organizations in setting up training systems and processes within their teams. Since founding Holistic in 1994, Lynda has worked with more than 120 MNCs (Multi-National Corporations) in the domain of Telecom, ITES, Info tech, Banking and Finance. She is a Master Trainer and has certification for a wide range of management and skill based courses. She has trained more than 17,000 people in India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Dubai, Korea and the United States over the last 18 years. Given her wide experience and expert knowledge, she is a captivating and articulate and a favorite to speak at public forums and management conferences. Currently, Lynda is writing her book ‘Training in India – Touching Hearts and Winning Minds’. Ian Stern - Senior Management Ian is a British national from Scotland, now resident in India. He completed his MBA in 1988 specialising in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Scottish Business School (University of Stirling) in the UK. Ian has extensive training experience, having trained over 6,000 people since 1994. After graduating, Ian joined General Accident (now known as Aviva) at their world headquarters in Perth Scotland, in the area of Marketing, Strategy Development and Management Information Systems (MIS). Later, Ian worked in Sandoz, the Swiss pharmaceutical company, in marketing and sales between 1992-94 before he came out to India. He has also has also worked with IBM in Australia. Ian has experience in all areas of communication. He is a cross-cultural expert and regularly conducts programs in the USA and Asia. Ian is also Crotonville certified Leadership trainer and regularly conducts senior management programs. He has appeared in the UK, American, Australian and Indian Business Press and on several TV programs and documentaries on Business in India. He has travelled all over the world, visiting over 65 countries across America, Europe and Asia. He has a high level of knowledge on the cultural factors of these countries. He has also worked in America and Australia. He has been living in India since 1994.

Lynda Ongel Lepcha - Senior Management

Ian Stern - Senior Management

Ian is a British national from Scotland, now resident in India. He completed his MBA in 1988 specialising in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Scottish Business School (University of Stirling) in the UK. Ian has extensive training experience, having trained over 6,000 people since 1994.
