We have a large diverse group of experienced consultants, many with international experience and exposure to various industries.
We do everything possible to ensure that training experience of the highest quality is delivered, every time you train with Holistic.

Regardless of any previous experience, each candidate must:

. Pass a thorough resume review
. Take part in a two week Trainer Certification event focusing on the Holistic training methodology as well as course content
. Co-train with experienced instructors until ready
. Undergo peer & company evaluation and review throughout the year
. Spend four hours per week in formal trainer development sessions. Each trainer also has an on-going trainer development plan to   upgrade skills and knowledge

All this leads to consistent delivery of content, training style and skill development.
